Private and Brokerage Private Services Private home care services are the same quality and calibre of service that people receive from government funded packages, they are simply paid for directly by the client, rather than the government. People access private home care services for a variety of reasons. Maybe their current government funded services cannot provide as many hours as wanted. Maybe they are waiting on a package being allocated. Sometimes people accessing private home care are not eligible for government or insurance packages.
