Step 2 — Let’s Talk About Your Supports We’ll take the time to understand your NDIS plan, current circumstances, and the supports you’re looking for, whether that’s daily living assistance, community participation, transport, ILO, or capacity-building supports.
Step 3 — Develop a Service Agreement Together, we’ll create a service agreement that outlines the supports we’ll provide and how we’ll work with you to achieve your goals.

An ILO is an NDIS support designed to help participants live in a way that suits their lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This may involve living with a host, housemate, or other tailored living arrangement, supported by a flexible package of supports.
Yes — we work closely with Support Coordinators, carers and families to keep everything running smoothly.
We support NDIS participants in NSW and QLD, including all current Carexcell service regions.
Our fees are based on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We will clearly explain any costs before services begin so you know exactly what to expect.
You can choose to change providers or use multiple providers if it suits your needs and NDIS funding arrangements. We can discuss the options available and help make the transition smooth and straightforward.
