Funded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Community Nursing supports people with clinical and personal care needs so they can continue living safely and independently in their own homes.

We understand that navigating healthcare services can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we work closely with veterans, families, carers, doctors, and DVA to make accessing Community Nursing services as simple and stress-free as possible.
Carexcell provides both Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) and DVA Community Nursing services to eligible members of the veteran community. Depending on your needs, you may be able to access practical in-home assistance, personal care, or clinical nursing support funded through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Getting support through Veterans’ Home Care is a simple three-step process:
1. Call the Veterans’ Home Care Assessment Agency Phone 1300 550 450 to request an assessment.
2. Complete a Home Care Assessment A VHC assessor will talk with you to understand what help you need and what services you are approved for.
3. Choose Carexcell as Your Provider Let them know you’d like Carexcell to provide your home care services. We will contact you to arrange your support and answer any questions.
